Owning a home is not just selecting a new address; it is usually your single largest investment and even an important tax deduction.  Buying a home is a very serious matter; Selecting a REALTOR to assist in that transaction is a smart decision.   A REALTOR is schooled in the details of bringing a Buyer and a Seller together, negotiating a mutually-acceptable Contract Offer, and guiding a client through the Title, Home Inspection and Mortgage requirements.

I have a checklist for tracking my clients' progress through the Inspection and Mortgage hurdles, and have developed a network of contacts for monitoring those portions of the process which are not usually open and clear to the Homebuyer.
